Straight answers.
What language is the tour in?
Both. Every departure is bilingual: your guide moves between English and French to match the group. There’s no “English slot” to hunt for — they all are.
What if the group leans heavily one way?
Straight answer: if the group is mostly one language, your guide favours it and keeps you in the loop in the other, one-on-one. If you want a tour entirely in your language, that’s what the private tour is for.
How many people per departure?
Twelve at most. That’s what lets you hear your guide and ask questions — the two most common complaints about big groups.
Do tours run in winter?
Yes, year-round. Winter isn’t the off-season in Quebec City — it’s the city’s image worldwide.
To replace
Winter weather policy (cancellation, rescheduling, thresholds) to be written before launch.
Is the gratuity included?
No. It’s shown below the price — never hidden in the checkout —, at your discretion, given directly to your guide.
What is the cancellation policy?
To replace
Cancellation policy to be decided (content blocker no. 5) — no promise displayed until it’s set.
Is there a child rate?
To replace
Age pricing (adult / child / infant) to be decided with the booking engine.
